Searching for a fast paced movie about how an empty lifestyle can lead you to real trouble, look no further…it’s New Jersey Drive. Set in the 90’s Newark, New Jersey, it’s a hood film about black teenagers and the thrill of joy riding. A rare phenomenon  perfectly displayed on the big screen along with the incredible mid 90’s backpack rap style of New York. The movie had 2 OST (Original SoundTrack) albums, Vol. 1 and Vol. 2. Get ready for a thrill ride with one of my favorite hood movies of the 90’s. As a Newark native, Redman would say : “So turn the volume up a notch / And watch the ba-BUMP, ba-BUMP, make ya speakers pop”.
